With the integration of soldering technology, ERNI can now cover all requirements for boards and systems in-house. Our new site is being developed to ERNI standards as a centre of excellence, and our expertise will be pooled at ERNI’s very own think tank in order to harness potential synergies.

Individually and in series
Our pick-and-place robots, SMT reflow and wave soldering systems give us a wide-ranging capacity for prototype and series production. If required, our assembly installation completes boards with wiring, attachments, housings and devices to provide entire systems. With this level of design and flexibility, we can respond to the most challenging customer requirements.

Testing technology for connectivity and functionality
Each board and system is individually tested. Systems with active components require more detailed functional tests: our test equipment construction experts develop testing systems that meet this demand. Here again, we use our extensive expertise in key technologies to ensure a high level of functional safety.
