Sales Engineers and Application Engineers for China

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and maintain business with existing and new customers in the region.
• Provide technical support (presentation, design-in, spec-in, quality issue etc.) for customers and distributors
• Solve customer's technical issues by providing appropriate solutions for a wide spectrum of design challenges.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solution.
• marketing intelligence functions (market surveys, competitor information)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in engineering, communication or electronics
• Experience in the connector industry or in the industries for electromechanical or passive components
• Familiar with OEM Players in Telecom and Datacom or other Key Industries of ERNI
• Strong on cultivating/developing customer relationship.
• Good communication skills in Chinese (spoken and written); able to speak and write English
• PC skills
• Responsible, earnest, honest, initiative, Teamplayer
